Nothing beats the power of a 100W Marshall. This JMP is from 1977 and has seen its share of modifications, but at its heart is an absolute roaring beast! It has been converted to a 2203 circuit and included some excellent mods from Headfirst amps, including a Jake E Lee switch and Jose style diode clipping, combinations of which have been captured in this pack
This amp has been updated to the new ToneX V2 training system, however both the new captures and original V1 captures are available in this pack for a total of a total of 64.
A Marshall 4x12 cabinet loaded with Celestion Vintage 30 speakers was chosen to record the V2 captures of this amp, and was miced with the studio standard Shure SM57 and Royer R121 combination. Users who prefer to use their own cabinet impulse responses are free to do so with the head only captures, however custom IR's of the cabinet are also provided allowing great flexibility
The original V1 captures of this amp were made with a Marshall 1960 slant cab through a Greenback speaker, IR's of that cab are also provided in this pack and cab be used with the head only captures
This ToneX pack includes:
- 32 V2 ToneX Advanced captures (16 through a Marshall 1960BV 4x12, 16 head only)
- 32 V1 ToneX Advanced captures (16 through a Marshall 1960 Greenback 4x12, 16 head only)
- 11 custom IR's of the Celestion Vintage30 speaker with different mic blends of a Shure SM57 and Royer R121,
- 11 custom IR's of the Celestion Greenback speaker with different mic blends of a Shure SM57 and Royer R121

Hammerspace V2 captures use a new naming convention to differentiate cabinet and head only captures
Captures made through a cabinet are labelled with a "+" at the end of the preset (previously a "C")
Captures made as head only have no suffix
